Academic Advising: Appointments & Walk-in Hours
The Office of Academic Advising has adopted a new platform called NYU Connect for scheduling advising appointments. See how to schedule and sign in by scanning the printed QR code outside the office when you come for an appointment so that your advisor can be notified of your arrival. For the walk-in hours, it will be hosted from Monday to Friday, 2 to 4 PM. Sign in at the front desk and wait for your turn.

All personal essays, op-eds, research papers, and other non-fiction work are welcome! Submit your work by October 20. No need to resubmit if you have already submitted it in spring.

CEL Trip | Fujian: Religions, Maritime Silk Road, and Overseas Diaspora

Location: Quanzhou and Xiamen, Fujian Province
Fujian is of unique significance in Chinese history. It has remained a dynamic site for interactions between Chinese people and the outside world. The Global China Studies professors Lala Zuo, Minhao Zhai, and Yucong Hao will lead this trip and you will have a chance to learn about history and architecture, the overseas Chinese diaspora, and Chinese religion through Fujian’s role in global connection and exchange. Join GPS Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow June Ke for a discussion on how The Way Spring Arrives creates linkages between the present, the future, and the past through the language of Chinese folklore and mythology.
